| Why is there a 2-3 week delivery delay? | ||||
| Most of the products on Boat Covers Online are not made until your order is placed. Your order is placed at the end of the line, and it can take from 5 to 10 business days for it to reach the front. Once the products you ordered are made, they are shipped via UPS ground. According to your location, transit times can run from 2 to 7 days. | ||||

| I don't live in the contiguous 48 states. Can I still order? | ||||

Yes. Boat Covers Online will ship worldwide whenever possible. If your order requires additional S&H, you will be notified by email with the additional charges. We will hold your order aside until we receive verification that you approve of these charges. We will have your cover shipped to us, and then repackage it for Postal delivery whenever your order fits within Postal size and weight restrictions for its destination address. You can also click on the Contact Us link at the top of this page to request an estimated shipping cost for items you are interested in. |

| How do I measure my boat for a boat cover? | ||||

| How do these covers attach to the boat? | ||||
| Each boat cover comes with simple installation instructions. The Flex Fit and Styled to Fit lines have a quarter-inch shock cord sewn into the hem, while the pre-patterned custom boat covers have a quarter-inch nylon rope sewn into the hem. In addition, these covers have double-stitched 1" webbing tie-down loops sewn into the hem about every 3 feet. You will want to use these with rope, shock cord or tie-down straps when trailering. | ||||

| Are these covers reinforced at stress points? | ||||
|
The pre-patterned custom covers are reinforced at stress points. However, because different boats have different measurements, it would be difficult to apply reinforcements to either the Flex Fit mooring covers or the semi-custom Styled to Fit boat covers. Boat Covers Online offers a reinforcement/repair kit on its marine accessories page that you can use to reinforce your boat cover in the appropriate areas. |

| Can I get my cover in Sunbrella? | ||||

If you are ordering a pre-patterned custom boat cover, Sunbrella will be one of your fabric choices. Unfortunately, Boat Covers Online cannot offer Sunbrella in either the Flex Fit or Styled to Fit lines. | Do you sell replacements for my snap-on cover? | ||||

All of the covers online are aftermarket, full-coverage covers. For us to replace your snap-on cover, we would need access to your boat to assure a proper fit. If you live in SW Florida, visit our parent company, Scotties Canvas & Marine Outfitters, for a quote on a replacement snap-on cover. |

| How should I clean and care for my boat cover? | ||||
To prolong the life of your boat cover:
To clean: Brush off loose dirt, roof particles, etc,; hose down and clean with mild solution of mild soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap. DO NOT USE DETERGENTS. Allow to air dry. |

| While Boat Covers Online can't offer this service, these biminis come with enough overhang on the front and sides that you could have zippers attached once you receive your top. | ||||
